"Really really really 'Thank God!' for the things that has happened since my last posting. Just want to share a short testimony about God's Covering and Protection over my life and it just happened yesterday. My friends and I were heading to the city to have lunch before the start of our classes. While walking along the way we busy chatting and catching up on things because we seldom have chance to meet up with each other, so we stopped at the pedestrian's crossing at the junction of Alice Street and George Street to wait for our turn to cross the road. As the 'green man' came on, while busy yapping away, we crossed the junction. Suddenly just halfway across the road, someone from behind shouted 'Watch Out!', and we immediately froze in our steps. Wondering what had just happened, we turned our heads towards the stationary cars and 'phooof!', a silver car just zoomed past us, barely inches away from hitting us. (Just add a little drama, I could even feel the displaced wind from the car on my face...) One more step and that was it. Not only did the car not stop after missing the people at the first pedestrian crossing, it didn't stop at the second pedestrian's crossing as well, which was filled with students crossing the road. Really Thank God for not letting something so disastrous from happening."

"One more testimony that I would like to share is about something that happened to me just few days ago, something that would sound quite weird to some people. While I was asleep in bed, I had this nightmare, something which I don't remember. I believe it was something really scary to cause me to be suddenly woken up by it. Not thinking too much about it, I though of just flipping over my side to try continue sleeping. But then... ... ... I realised that I was unable to move my body at all, my head, mouth, hands, legs, not even my toes. Yes, I was awake, and it felt as if something was pressing and holding down against my body, but my eyes was able to look around. Suddenly I remembered about my Aunt's testimony some years ago, where she had this similar experience as well that time while she was asleep. Some strong force restrained her hands, legs, head and pressed against her chest. and she was helpless. All she could do was to kept thinking of "Jesus, Jesus, Jesus..." and after that the strong force departed from her. So, in my mind, I kept repeatedly thinking of "Jesus, Jesus, Jesus... ... ..." After a while(I seriously do not know how long/short was it) the strong force left and I was able to move my body. Thank God!"

"This encounter of mine is very real and not something 'bull' and certainly not in my dream. It is really beyond my own abilities as I can still remember the helplessness of myself. Only through Faith in Jesus and His help that I was able to overcome that attack from that strong force. Dear Brother and Sisters, it is really true that in this season of harvest, the Spiritual warfare of the demonic forces is very prevalent, and we must be ready and prepared for anything that may come before us. "10Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. 11Put on the full armor of God so that you can take your stand against the devil's schemes. 12For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms." Ephesians 6:10-12 (NIV). Let us all be fully equipped with the armour and weapon that God has provided for us as stated in v13-17. "13Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand. 14Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place, 15and with your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace. 16In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. 17Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God." Ephesians 6:13-17 (NIV). Let us all pray for one another in this time and season and stay unified as a whole, a lifegroup, and one body as the Church. "18Pray in the Spirit at all times and on every occasion. Stay alert and be persistent in your prayers for all believers everywhere." Ephesians 6:18 (NLT).
